AROMA FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (AFT)

Aroma Freedom Technique combines aromatherapy, psychology, and neuroscience into a simple process that radically and permanently shifts the negative thoughts, feelings, and memories that prevent you from moving forward in life. It is a gentle yet powerful technique you can use on yourself & others.

Location: Hampton Inn, 25 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Class Hours: 12pm to 4pm includes small break times Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as class will start promptly at 12
This is a hands on class. Your registration confirms that you will participate and collaborate with others.
Cost: $45 All are welcome to attend - no prior experience necessary

WHAT TO BRING: Wear loose comfortable clothing, please bring water and any snacks you may need, refrain from using perfumes or scented products outside of Young Living Essential Oils.
